Tim Schnabel

Tim is the founder and President of Integrated Lawn and Tree Care.  Tim began the business one week after 9/11/01 realizing life was too precious and short to live one's professional life handcuffed and bound by the corporate world.  He literally set foot going from door to door listening to what homeowners wanted out of a lawn care company and how he could improve on the "big national companies" approaches.  The company has grown an average of 40% per season since by operating on old fashioned principals of integrity, reliability, and customer focus.  Tim received his B.S. from Texas A&M University in 1994 and has over 13 years experience in lawn and tree health care and plant science.  He is a licensed, qualified supervisor through the Colorado and Texas Department of Agriculture and Certified in Turfgrass Ecology and Management by Texas A&M University.

Ryan Malloy

Ryan Malloy is our Production Supervisor, handling all of our training, quality control, and technician management.  He graduated from Pine Creek High School in 2005 and has worked for us since 2004.  Ryan has run his own Landscaping, Irrigation, and Maintenance Company and grew up working in a family landscaping business.  Ryan has grown immensely since he started and continues to be an invaluable member of our team.

Ryan enjoys snow boarding, motocross, camping, and working on cars in his spare time

Nathan Miller

Nate is our Field Supervisor, supporting all of our training, quality control, and technician management. He attended Mountain Community College in Breckenridge for two years with a focus on business before moving to the Springs. He brings a passion for quality customer service and has several years of customer facing experience from his previous employment as a driver for FedEx . Born and raised in Minnesota, Nate enjoys the outdoors, especially snowboarding, ice fishing, fly fishing, hunting, camping, and dirt biking.

Kristen Munoz

Kristen Munoz is a new addition to Integrated Lawn and Tree Care. She brings a studious enthusiasm to our office while resuming accounting, marketing and customer service responsibilities. A Denver native and EMT Volunteer, Kristen is passionate about pursuing a Degree in Human Services. She has a background in Financial Analysis and Customer Care. ILTC customers count heavily on her solid people skills and deft management touch.

A committed urbanite, Kristen has became an avid Breckenridge buff and enjoys taking her two young sons to enjoy all of Colorado's open spaces.

Andrew Hawkinson

Andy is an enterprising, young , jack of all trades that excels at most everything he does. He started working for Integrated Lawn & Tree care in 2006, the year he graduated high school. Andy started taking college classes during his Junior year of high school, earning a degree in Business Management in 2008. Andy has been working since the age of 12 and knows the value of hard work and determination. In his free time, Andy enjoys video games, rock climbing, camping, flying hot air balloons, and wood working.

Jeremy Taylor

Jeremy has been with Integrated Lawn & Tree Care since 2008 and works as a Lawn Care Technician. On the days Jeremy is not working, he attends school full-time at CSU Pueblo while finishing up a business degree in marketing. Prior to joining Integrated, Jeremy worked in the construction and land survey industry. Since joining Integrated, he's learned a lot about the lawn care and landscape industry, but most importantly, Jeremy enjoys working outside in the beautiful Colorado weather. During his free time Jeremy enjoys mountain biking, hiking, golf, and camping.

Matthew Tanner

Matt joined Integrated Lawn and Tree Care in May of 2010. He began as an Aeration Technician, continued into our winter months leading shovel crews for our commercial snow removal and after completing educational and safety programs though Colorado Association of Lawn Care Professionals is now a Lawn and Tree Technician. Even when he's not working, he enjoys getting his hands dirty by maintaining his own organic garden and compost at home. Matthew is a proud husband and father of two. He enjoys playing the guitar with his young daughter and teaching his son to sketch. A Texas native, Matthew loves the outdoors including hiking, biking, snowboarding, camping and loves to travel when time allows.
