"After having a spring aeration performed I realized a couple of my pop-ups were damaged when I charged up my sprinkler system. I called and spoke to a company rep about the damage possibly caused by the aeration. I wasn't met with skepticism but instead she offered a manager would come out and inspect the sprinklers. I got busy and didn't schedule anything for a month or so. The company rep called me back to follow up and see if I still needed them to look at the damage. They sent Ryan out who inspected the heads and fixed them at no cost. He even fixed a couple other problems that had nothing to do with the damage. For not giving me the "It's not our fault" line (even though I'm not certain I marked the heads for the aerators to avoid them), I give them an A+! " — D. Shigley, client
